Company name change
In 2020 VENTA WINDOWS UAB (the Company) will continue with further integration into the NorDan Gruppen AS. Given the goal to continue with successful strengthening of the VENTA WINDOWS brand, the Board of Directors and shareholders of the Company decided to change the name of the Company to NorDan UAB. The new name of the Company is officially valid from 17th December 2019. This decision will unify the name of the Company with other subsidiaries of the NorDan Gruppen AS.
NorDan UAB will remain as strong and leading supplier of high-quality uPVC windows and doors under the VENTA WINDOWS brand and the change of Company name will not affect existing agreements signed by VENTA WINDOWS UAB before December 17th, 2019.
In addition to the change mentioned above, the Company also changed the official address at the location of the uPVC and HelAlu windows and doors factory: Montuotoju str. 6, Mazeikiai, 89101, Lithuania.
Please note, that NorDan AS (Org. nr. 979 776 233) in Norway is a separate legal entity. Therefore, we kindly ask you to update and use NorDan UAB company details specified below for payments, invoices and other direct correspondence:
